NODA REVIEW

This was my first viewing of this stage show which has been born out of the popular Cliff Richard film musical, and, being of a certain age, I at least knew all the musical numbers therein. The only criticism I have of this well conceived production is that the orchestra/band was too loud. This caused the dialogue to disappear which was very evident at the beginning of the show. It was a shame as we were very well entertained.

The boys and girls did their director proud and I was very impressed by the quality of the choreography. The piece flowed well and the sound improved as the show went on. Good chorus, and although the story is dodgy, the show is a frothy, cheerful evening’s entertainment.
